Oriental Cabbage Salad

Looking for a fresh and flavorful dish to liven up your meals? This oriental cabbage salad is the perfect combination of crisp vegetables, tangy dressing, and a hint of sweetness. It's simple to make, packed with vibrant flavors, and pairs beautifully with any main course or stands on its own as a light, healthy option.

**Ingredients:

·         1 large head of green cabbage, thinly sliced

·         1 bunch of green onions, finely sliced

·         1 stick of butter

·         2 packages of ramen noodles (oriental flavor)

·         ½ cup sesame seeds

·         1 small package of sliced almonds

**Instructions:

·         Combine the green cabbage and green onions in a large mixing bowl; set aside for later assembly.

·         In a skillet over medium heat, toast the ramen noodles (broken into small pieces) and sesame seeds in butter until golden brown. Remove from heat, add the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles, mix thoroughly, and allow to cool.

**Dressing:

·         1 cup vegetable oil

·         ¾ cup sugar

·         2 tablespoons soy sauce

·         ½ cup rice wine vinegar

·         Place all dressing ingredients in a shaker or tightly sealed jar and shake vigorously until well blended.

**Assembly:

To ensure the best texture and freshness, keep the cabbage mixture, toasted noodles, and dressing separate until serving. Just prior to serving, combine all components, toss gently, and serve immediately.
